Everything you need to know before visiting our spa in Punta Cana
Yes, absolutely! RADIANCE SPA Club is open to both hotel guests and outside visitors. Our spa is conveniently located right at the entrance of VIK Hotel Arena Blanca in Bavaro, Punta Cana — it's the first building after the hotel gate, before the main reception. To pass hotel security, simply make a reservation in advance and there won't be any issues. There's also an alternative — our beach massage tent right on the Caribbean shore, where we can accommodate up to 2 guests at a time. If you're staying nearby, you can walk along the beach to reach it. While no security pass is needed for the beach tent, we still recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time. Just mention that you'd like the beachside location when booking.
Our beach tent in Punta Cana offers three types of massage: Relaxing Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage. All other treatments — including facials, body rituals, manicure, and sauna & jacuzzi — are available exclusively at our main SPA center.
We offer two convenient options. First, our spa has its own vehicle that can pick you up from nearby hotels and condos in the White Sands area of Bavaro. Please note that our car cannot enter other hotel grounds, so pickup is at the main gate. Second, for guests staying further away, we can arrange a transfer through our trusted partner transport company — they'll pick you up right from your hotel lobby. Round-trip transfer costs $30–$50 USD per car, depending on distance. You can pay the driver directly or settle it at our spa reception along with your treatments.
We accept cash in US Dollars, Euros, Dominican Pesos, and Canadian Dollars. We also take Visa, Mastercard, and Amex — including contactless payments — as well as PayPal. Card payments are available both at the spa and at our beach tent.
For the most accurate navigation in Punta Cana, search for "RADIANCE SPA CLUB" or "VIK Hotel Arena Blanca" in Google Maps or your Uber app. Both locations are registered and will guide you directly to us. This helps avoid the occasional GPS errors that can happen in the Dominican Republic.
We always keep our prices as fair and competitive as possible — they're already set at the best level we can offer. Discounts are currently available for larger bookings with a total value of $400 or more. Since we operate officially inside the hotel, the price is the same whether you pay by cash or card.
Reservations are recommended to guarantee your preferred time, especially during high season in Punta Cana. However, we sometimes have same-day availability — feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or call to check. You can also book online directly through our website.
Yes! We offer several options for couples. You can book a side-by-side relaxing, deep tissue, aromatherapy or hot stones massage at our spa center. We also offer couples relaxing and deep tissue massage at the pool pavilion or at our beach tent with ocean views. Our most popular option is the Romantic Escape package — a 60-minute couples massage followed by private access to our sauna and outdoor jacuzzi in the tropical garden, with two glasses of wine included.
RADIANCE SPA Club is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week, including holidays. We recommend booking your appointment at least one day in advance, especially for couples treatments and weekend visits.
