Online payments at RADIANCE SPA Club are processed through Azul, the leading payment processor in the Dominican Republic. When you make an online payment:

• You are redirected to Azul's secure payment page to enter your card details
• Your credit or debit card information is entered directly on Azul's servers
• RADIANCE SPA Club never receives, stores, or has access to your full card number, expiration date, or CVV
• After the transaction is processed, you are redirected back to our website with the result

2. PCI DSS Compliance

Azul is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. This means:

• All card data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols
• Azul's infrastructure undergoes regular security audits and penetration testing
• Card data is stored in Azul's secure, certified environment — not on our servers

Because we use Azul's Payment Page (redirect method), your card data never touches our systems, eliminating the risk of data breaches on our side.

3. SSL/TLS Encryption

6. Currency & Exchange Rate

Prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD). As required by Dominican Republic regulations, online payments are processed in Dominican Pesos (DOP).

• The exchange rate is calculated at the time of checkout using the current market rate
• The exact DOP amount is clearly displayed before you confirm your payment
• No hidden fees or surcharges are applied

7. Refund Security

Refunds are processed exclusively through Azul back to your original payment method. We never issue refunds through alternative channels. If someone contacts you claiming to process a refund through other means, please report it to us immediately.

8. Your Responsibilities

To help keep your transactions secure:

• Never share your card details via email, WhatsApp, or phone — we will never ask for them
