We do not collect sensitive health information through our website. Any health-related discussions (e.g., contraindications for specific treatments) occur in person at the spa.

- Processing and confirming your spa bookings
- Processing online payments through our secure payment provider
- Communicating with you about your appointments via WhatsApp, phone, or email

Your shopping cart preferences are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are never transmitted to our servers until you submit a booking.

- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — when you communicate with us via WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through their platform.
- Azul (payment processor) — when you make an online payment, your credit or debit card details are transmitted directly to Azul, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway based in the Dominican Republic. We do not store, process, or have access to your full card number. Azul's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. Our website does not integrate with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking services.

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European visitors, you have the following rights:
