How we deliver our services, booking terms, cancellation and refund conditions.

This policy describes how RADIANCE SPA Club delivers its services, the terms of booking and payment, and our cancellation and refund conditions. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Delivery
All spa services are provided in person at our location:
- RADIANCE SPA Club, VIK Hotel Arena Blanca, Bavaro, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
- Services include massage therapy, body treatments, facials, manicure & pedicure, sauna, and wellness packages
- All treatments are performed by licensed, professional therapists
This is a day spa — no overnight accommodation is included. Services are provided during your scheduled appointment time at our facility.
2. Booking & Confirmation
When you book through our website and complete the online payment, your booking is instantly confirmed. You will see a confirmation screen with your booking reference number immediately after payment.
- Online bookings with payment are confirmed automatically — no additional confirmation is needed
- You will receive your booking details including date, time, selected services, and booking reference number
- If you need to make changes, contact us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your appointment
3. What to Expect
To ensure the best experience, please note the following:
- Arrival: please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and prepare
- Late arrival: if you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other guests. No refund will be issued for the shortened portion
- What we provide: towels, robes, slippers, and all products necessary for your treatment
- What to bring: comfortable clothing and swimwear if your booking includes sauna or pool access
- Health considerations: please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before your treatment
4. Service Duration
Treatment durations listed on our website are approximate and include preparation time. Actual hands-on treatment time may vary slightly. Our therapists will ensure you receive a complete, high-quality experience regardless of minor time variations.
5. Pricing & Currency
All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD). When you proceed to online payment, the amount is converted to Dominican Pesos (DOP) at the current exchange rate, as required by Dominican Republic regulations.
- The exact DOP amount and exchange rate are shown on the checkout page before you confirm payment
- Prices include applicable taxes
- Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion
6. Free Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- No fees or penalties apply for cancellations made within the free cancellation window
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- You are welcome to reschedule to any available date and time
7. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are considered late cancellations.
- A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price may apply
- The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Repeated late cancellations may affect your ability to book online in the future.
8. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, this is considered a no-show.
- No refund will be issued for missed appointments
- Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, though your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other guests.
9. How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can cancel or reschedule your booking through any of the following channels:

When contacting us, please provide your booking reference number and the date/time of your booking so we can locate your reservation quickly.
10. Refund Process
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Eligible refunds are processed through Azul to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
- Refund amounts are calculated in Dominican Pesos (DOP) at the exchange rate applied at the time of the original payment.
- Some promotional offers or special packages may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. This will be clearly indicated before payment.
11. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, particularly for travelers. In the following situations, cancellation fees will be waived and full refunds issued:
- Severe weather events (hurricanes, tropical storms) affecting the Punta Cana area
- Flight cancellations or significant delays with documentation
- Medical emergencies with appropriate documentation
- Government-imposed travel restrictions
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are affected by any of these circumstances, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
12. Modifications by RADIANCE SPA
In rare cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (staff illness, facility issues, etc.). If this occurs:
- We will notify you as soon as possible via your preferred contact method
- We will offer alternative dates and times at your convenience
- You will have the option to cancel with a full refund
