RADIANCE Wellness Lounge
Open to everyone — no hotel stay or day pass needed

Our main location, with private treatment rooms, a tropical patio and a plunge pool. The full menu: massages, couples packages, body rituals, facials and body sculpting.
Beach Tent
Open to everyone — reached on foot along the beach
Arena Blanca Beach, Bavaro, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
Oceanfront massages on Arena Blanca Beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean, for up to 2 guests at a time. Only the treatments marked “Also on the beach” in the price list are offered here. There is no direct vehicle access.
VIK Hotel SPA
For registered guests of VIK Hotel Arena Blanca & Cayena Beach only
VIK Hotel Arena Blanca, Bavaro, Punta Cana
A full-service spa inside the resort, plus beach and poolside massage tents. Not staying at VIK? You are welcome at the Wellness Lounge.

Open Daily: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
All treatments must be completed by 5:00 PM, so the latest available appointment time depends on the duration of your treatment.
Getting There & Transfer
RADIANCE Wellness Lounge: Complimentary round-trip transportation to the Wellness Lounge is available from selected nearby hotels and condos. For other locations we can arrange private transportation for an additional cost — send us your hotel or accommodation details and we will confirm the options.
Beach Tent: Walk along the shore: about 2 minutes from Ocean Blue & Sand, about 10 minutes from White Sands public beach, 8 minutes or more from Iberostar and Princess resorts and 15 minutes or more from RIU resorts, depending on the hotel. Transportation is offered to the Wellness Lounge only.
Booking
Book online and get instant confirmation — pay in full when booking, or choose "Book now, pay at the spa". For today — and for tomorrow if you book after 4 PM Punta Cana time — you can book online with payment at the spa — at least 1 hour ahead, when a therapist is free — or message us on WhatsApp. Online prepayment is available from the next day (from the day after if you book after 4 PM). Prefer to chat? Message us on WhatsApp.
Payment
At our locations: cash in USD, EUR, DOP and CAD; Visa, Mastercard and Amex, including contactless and payment by phone; and PayPal. Card payment works at the beach tent too.
Online: Visa, Mastercard or American Express through our secure payment processor Azul. Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in Dominican pesos (DOP) at the current exchange rate, shown on the checkout page before you confirm.
Cancellation
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment. Later cancellations may carry a fee of up to 50% of the service price; missed appointments are not refunded. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Full Service & Cancellation PolicyBefore Your Visit
- Arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment.
- Towels, robes, slippers and all treatment products are provided.
- Bring comfortable clothing, and swimwear if you would like to use the patio and plunge pool at the Wellness Lounge.
- Tell your therapist about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or pregnancy before your treatment.
