1. Service Description

RADIANCE SPA Club is a day spa located at VIK Hotel Arena Blanca, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We provide professional massage therapy, body treatments, and wellness packages to hotel guests and visitors. Our services are available by appointment and are subject to therapist and facility availability.

2. Booking & Appointments

Bookings can be made through our website (radiance-spa.club) with online payment, or via WhatsApp, phone, or in person at the spa.

Online bookings with payment are confirmed automatically and instantly
Booking hours are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily (AST, UTC-4)
Same-day bookings are available only via WhatsApp or phone
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during peak tourist season

3. Payment Terms

Payment can be made in the following ways:

Online payment — via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure payment processor Azul. Online payments are processed at the time of booking confirmation.
In person at the spa — cash (US Dollars preferred, Dominican Pesos also accepted) or credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard).

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Online payments are processed through Azul, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway based in the Dominican Republic. Your card details are transmitted directly to Azul's secure servers and are never stored by RADIANCE SPA Club.

Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Gratuities are not included in service prices and are at your discretion.

4. Age Requirements

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive spa services independently. Guests aged 16–17 may receive certain treatments with a parent or legal guardian present. Some services may have specific age restrictions that will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimers

Your health and safety are our top priority. Please be aware of the following:

Inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancies before your treatment
Certain treatments (e.g., deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, sauna) may be contraindicated for individuals with specific health conditions including but not limited to: heart conditions, high blood pressure, skin infections, recent surgery, or pregnancy
Our therapists reserve the right to modify or refuse a treatment if they believe it may pose a health risk
The use of our sauna and pool facilities is at your own risk. Please follow all posted safety guidelines

RADIANCE SPA Club is not a medical facility and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Cancellation & No-Show

Our cancellation policy is detailed separately on our Cancellation Policy page. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy, including any applicable fees for late cancellations or no-shows for bookings paid online.

7. Liability Limitations

RADIANCE SPA Club shall not be held liable for:

Any adverse reactions to products or treatments where the guest has failed to disclose relevant medical information
Loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the spa
Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (power outages, natural disasters, etc.)
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, illustrations, logos, and design elements — is the property of RADIANCE SPA Club and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You shall not attempt to interfere with the website's operation, submit false booking information, or use automated systems to access the website without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Dominican Republic.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
